By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract. You can place our products without obligation in the shopping cart and correct any information before sending your binding order. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button. 4. Terms of delivery

In addition to the indicated product prices are still shipping costs. You will find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.

You are entitled to leave in Margret Gasper Haute Couture, Hauptstraße 20, 54649 Waxweiler, Germany, on the following business hours: Mon - Fri from 09:00 to 17:00, Saturday by appointment.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Payment in advance

If you choose the payment method payment in advance we will send you our bank account in separate e-mail and deliver the goods after payment received.

SEPA Direct Debit

By submitting the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate.We will inform you about the date of the booking (Prenotification). With the submission of the SEPA direct debit mandate, we ask our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically executed and your account is debited. The contact data is sent after the goods have been shipped. As soon as we have successfully made the debiting, you will receive information from us.

PayPal Plus

As part of the PayPalPlus payment service, we offer various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to PayPal's website. There you can specify your payment data, confirm the use of your data via PayPal and the payment instructions to PayPal. For more information, please contact us.

If you have chosen the payment method credit card, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment process will be carried out by your credit card company immediately upon confirmation of the payment instructions and as a legitimate cardholder at the request of PayPal and will debit your card.

6. Reservation of proprietary rights

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Transportation damage

If the goods are delivered with apparent transport damages, please report them as soon as possible to the supplier and contact us immediately. The non-compliance of a complaint or contact has no effect on your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular on your warranty rights. However, they will help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance.
